Smart won't load

I've been able to get the client to start but I will get 2 errors. the first one that shows in Simba is "——– Failed to pair to SMART" and the other one being "——– FATAL ERROR: Failed to spawn a SMART client" these are obviously linked but I don't really know how to resolve it. After it gives the errors it will give me the end text box of the script in this case it looks like this
[——————————————-]
[ AIO SuperHeater 2.2 ]
[ by Coh3n ]
[——————————————-]
[ ]
[ 2 min 28 sec ]
[ ]
[——————————————-]
[——————————————-]
then the client will pop up but since the script already killed itself it doesn't do anything.

I can see in the console that it says "Could not connect to socket: SMART: 10049" then it will retry and say "decrementing refcount [0]" then "Setting the client's controller to our to our TID" and then "Attempting to connect to localhost:0" then it restarts.

Anyone got and ideas and/or help. Thanks.

Specifically this part:

Now, let's test your setup to make sure everything is working properly. At this point, you have two options: using SMART (recommended) or using your browser. SMART allows you to still use your computer while running a script whereas using your browser takes control of you mouse. The following steps cover both options.

Navigate to your Simba/Includes/ folder, and make sure you have both an SPS and an SRL-6 folder.
Go back to Simba, and copy/paste the following code into the text editor:
Simba Code:

program new;
{$DEFINE SMART} // comment this line out if you don't want to use SMART
{$i srl-6/srl.simba}

begin
clearDebug();
setupSRL();
end.

If you are not using SMART, skip to Setting up in-game graphics and interfaces.
Hit run (the green arrow) in Simba, or press F9 to run the current script. A console window will pop up, followed by SMART (this may take several minutes). You will also see a lot of text appearing in the debug box - this is where you will see the progress of everything, including any error messages (hopefully you won't see any of these).
A security window may pop up asking if you want to allow access to a file. Choose Always Allow and click Okay. A second/third window may pop up, in which case you should choose Always Allow for both.

Does that work?

Make sure your graphics setting are set right? Did you follow that thread to the letter?

Yes, 3 times. I made sure the graphics on the client were setup properly.

I believe you need to remove older versions of Java. As simple as going to your Java folder and deleting all older versions.

I tried it once it didn't work but I'll try again and it will hopefully resolve my problem.

Edit: fixed, I feel like the stupidest person ever. Something as stupid as turning my comp on and off fixed it. Lesson kids, restart your computer after installing a program.

I wouldn't believe you'd have to do all that just to make SMART load correctly. I would have suggested loading the RS client normally in the browser first, closed out, then gave SMART another try.
