Walk up to the wall with the tools on it right where I was and then click the Lumby Teleport (the one that you can do at any level). Thats when I noticed that I appeared through the wall. After that I tried it with the other side of the wall and I had dissapeared :P

Yup you're right because when I was exploring the new Varrock the other day I tried it. It will work anywhere there is an abnormal wall. Examples of this are windows, candles on the walls, doors, paintings on the wall…just whenever there is something on the wall.
