Wow I remember when Jagex claimed to never reset any skill xp under any circumstances!!

This is insane and completely against the spirit of the game IMO.

Pretty lame updates.

Eoc or Oldschool?

The rollback thing seems kind of pointless. The blocking is nice for pures if you are into that sort of play.

it's just a rollback right, one wouldn't get an XP refund? Better not because then people will abuse that to hell.

whats the point of being a pure in eoc? last time i played i got absoultly wrecked everytime i pked and said fk this. seems like a long over due worthless update but i dont play rs3 so idk how combat is

Pretty sure they're talking about OSRS. As you said, it's useless in EOC.

I don't understand why they want to ruin a good game AGAIN.

they used the terms constituion and summoning so i would assume its eoc and i havent seen any news of this on the osr homepage

They don't mean OSRS or EoC, they mean after the combat beta/legacy mode updates are put into effect.
Also, apparently you will have to pay irl$ for this reset…lol.

I think its a cool update!

And JJ, I remember them mentioning they would consider this in the future many years ago…
