I've always used Tip.it for that stuff, but since they don't have a OSRS section I use 2007rshelp.com, which apparently is affiliated with Zybez.

I started to use runeHQ years ago when starting to play RS but it started to slow my browser when loading. Don't think it does now, but since then I've just used the other, top 3. I.e. rs wiki, tip it and zybez.

I find rs wiki very informative and up to date. It's imperfect only in the aspect of some of the training/money-making methods.

I love reading the garbage that people post in the trivia section for the pages on RS Wikia.

I usually go to rswiki for general info on something (monster weakness, drops, ect).

Also I find they have many useful calculators like this for example: http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Calculator:Smithing/Ores

+ 1 to this I remember my neighbor would call me out for using Runelucos because it used to be so damn slow! When you would look up a item or monster, every item or monster begging with that letter would load on the side

Wikia for most things, it's what comes to my head/fingers when I purposely want to search.

I use Zybez mainly just for the RS07 Price Chart/Marketplace, and occasionally if it has a feature wikia doesn't or I need additional info which wasn't on wikia.

RsWiki.

I used Runehq / tipit in like 2003-2005.

I prefer RsWiki's layout and find it easier to navigate. I still use tip.it occasionally for their skill calculators.

The "Wikia" wiki has always seemed the most reliable resource for me. Before I found that though, usually RuneHQ and Zybez for the community.
