This can easily be done with any script, I recall using the alarm feature quite a bit by just adding a few lines of codes in any script. Basically if a random is detected, play out a tune (obviously I had my speakers on loud, and I would run to my laptop and solve the random and go back to whatever I would be doing). Also there are some scripts out there that can get your defense level up without strength and attack, but it is difficult since it will take ages. I say you should Pest Control! or maybe rock crabs? If you can make a script that will train at rock crabs.

Good Luck! (Learn to script Mate! You can do literally anything, you'll be the music maker, dreamers of dreams, scripter of scripts ;))

pest control requires 40 cb, aka id need 88 defence before being able to use it.

yeah that's exactly what i need something that makes an obvious and loud noise when i logout/get a random. im on the computer at least 12 hours a day so i figure why not right? :P

highest lvl i got while botting a def pure was like lvl 75 def.. if i wanna be able to do this long term im gonna need to do it legit :D

anyway im going to bed now, if anyone could do this for me id be extremely grateful.
