I'm going to Europe with my school on a Canadian battle field tour, my question is: Is there anything I should do in my free time to make the most of my experience? I know there's a lot of "wankers" or "British people" on this forum, so tell me what I should do.
I will be in:
Amsterdam
Normandy
Paris
London
Altogether its a 14 day trip. Give me some good stuff.

Personally I'd love to see the ol Eiffel tower and the Louve (spelling lol) just regular touristy things. Apparently there is a side entrance for the louvre?

Take pictures for the rest of us SRL'ers.

Thoses places are so crowded, been at the top of the Eiffel tower. I think I had to stand in queue for like 3 hours till I made it at the top…

Make sure you take a good camera :) takes about 30 minutes for a complete rotation and costs about £20 I think.

I haven't been here in a long time but back when I used to go they used to have some theme park rides inside, sadly these seem to no longer be there.

Interesting fact of the day: Brit-land is part of Europe… Not the entire 'country'.

Id definitely visit Czechoslovakia (see CNN's map below).

Going to Vimy? I did the that trip for my school but unfortunately it was with a tour company so there wasnt much spare time to do what I wanted. Is your trip the same or similar?

I'm going to see what I can do, but we've been warned not to try the green stuff because we'll be sent home.
Also I'm from dutch descent so I have had droppies and stroopwafels in canada.
