I need a good start up for beginners scripting. That teaches what the latest includes are and fonts. And what forum should I be posting any help in for RS3 scripting?

Links would be appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

A great tutorial to start with is The Mayors here

There is a section for help with rs3 stuff in the help and tutorials section.
