when someone has a SMART client open running with a script can jagex see if you are using a 3rd part client? specifically a botting client? And wouldn't everyone who has the exact same graphical settings stand out from the rest of the non botting users?
I don't have much knowledge on this topic.

There have been many discussions about whether smart is detectable but the general consensus around here is that it's not. Per your second question, I've thought about that myself actually. But really, at least some users among the thousands that play Runescape must have the same or similar settings. Shouldn't draw any attention.

For the graphics settings:
We use Min, OGL, Oldschool interfaces, max brightness. Min is standard for people with low end computers. OGL is the Runescape default. Oldschool is a preset option for those who prefer the rs2 look. Max brightness isn't only a botty thing to do; the brighter colors look better.
