IDK man harsh times :d
I'm still using the i7 with the new internet because we moved the modem to the room it was in so I can still use it.
Internet browsing is hella fast now but I bet my dad ill increase it when he goes to watch his country vids and they don't load up because the limit was reached :D

Clicking this link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rbm6GXllBiw
and watching it will cost you about 70 MB
yes, that is with 480P. Watching a sport stream in HD ready quality will cost A LOT more.

If you cut back on the porn, you should be able to save about 50gb?
This goes for OP too.

Honestly: 10GB is what I alone (on just this computer) use on my daily basis. Torrents cover 3% of usage (~10GB month). Months were I am more active I can possibly reach close to 1TB bandwidth.
As you see, I would use those 10GB in a single day.
@NKN what about cleaning out your uTorrent once in a while? I usually remove the torrent from the list once it's downloaded, unless I plan to seed… Also: DAIM! You download a lot of crap! :P

Are you sure that you are not mistaken with a speed limit because 10GB/month sounds really low.

If that's your router/modem interface then that's just local limiting, not ISP limiting.

Come over to Australia.. Telstra is the main provider that owns nearly all of Australia's communications so they pretty much name they're price.
Such as 500gb month, 1mb/sec speeds for ~120-140 depending on if you include the phone services.
E: and that's^ the high end plan.
