Question about username change requests

I wasn't exactly sure where to put this, so I decided no one would yell at me for putting it in NOTA. Can someone tell me who takes care of username change requests? I submitted a request days ago but nothing has happened. How long does it take to get a response?

Might take awhile, admins are pretty inactive atm.
They'll do it someday haha

I'll remind the admin staff of this name change. It SHOULD happen soon but who knows.
