On a more serious note, :P, I don't believe in New Year's Resolutions. Why are you limiting yourself to a single day in the year to start making an improvement? Resolutions should be something you dedicate yourself to, not something you do in order to follow everyone else half-heartedly noticing what's wrong with themselves.

Pretty much agree with Kevin, started going to the gym on a non-New Year's Resolutions but on the flip side of that, New Year's resolutions maybe can provide a bit of of an extra "push" towards starting towards a goal.

I have several , but one of my main ones would be to drop down from 8% body-fat to around 6%, drop most (if not all) junk food from my diet and eat clean for the full 12 months.
