SRL Archive - General Botting Help

Hey guys!

New to all of this so was wondering if one of you more experience guys would like to give me some help?

I plan on making my own Wood Cutting,Fishing/Cooking. Smithing/Mining bots with the help!
I have been testing out my "attempts" on my RSPS and cant seem to get it working in rearguards to going from Skill area to bank and back with out any problems.
I get the basic understanding of it just don`t know all the little tips :P

Would greatly accept any help/teaching anyone could give me.

First of all, this site is huge on teaching and a payment isn't necessary. But from my experience a few months ago when I first started, I can give you a few tips in completely random order, these were some of the big discoveries I made when I was just beginning.
-functions are awesome, find a tutorial on those as soon as possible.
-if you include SRL at the top of your script, use mmouse instead of movemouse or just Mouse(x, y, 0, 0 true) to move and click in a human way.
-using Repeat before doing something then Until(false); will repeat what's between them forever. Later you can learn how to change what goes inside the Until( );
-WriteLn('Message') will write whatever you want in the debug box, useful for knowing how you're script is doing and where it's at
-always use tolerance when color finding, never use FindColor, instead use FindColorTolerance
-a simple fail safe is to add if…then statements, an example would be if FindColorTolerance( ) then blah blah. This makes it so it performs the actions only if it finds the color, and if not, it does nothing.
