It really is, I'm not even popular and I have hit it at least once or twice. Not to mention it doesn't even queue our messages to be sent after they clean their inbox, it just tells us they have a full inbox and the message can't be sent.

Depends, when i was scripting for osr i got tons of pms but now osr is dead i only get like 30 pms a week

The current limit for members I believe is 250, and that fits nicely within the rank progression, though there might be some room for adjustment for the members limit. Right now at 30/week it should take you 2 months to fill up, 1 month if you reply to all of them :) Always open to suggestions, though, if you think this should be adjusted and how.
