Okay, if you guys are running scripts, beware of potential people pm you offering you spots or requests for private servers.
i repeat, BEWARE!
it is a new scam for them to upload a virus through java( you know the little box that pops up asking if it is okay to run java for this site or app) or client .jar

they are becoming more and more common for implementing keyloggers and worms and other malware on your pc.

here is the recent "novice" scammer, hacker whatever title you want to give them, that tried to get me. luckily am a dev for rsps and also am familiar with java and other scripting languages so i scan and go the lengths before ever downloading or running such things.:sasmokin:

so everyone, im just giving you guys a fair warning because if people can spot that you are botting and willing to send you messages, then who knows what jagex can see or if they are waiting for the right time ;)

With that being asked, what i use and multiple other IT buddies of mine, we have a folder full of goodies.
If you are a PIRATE of the seas, i would say you should travel the BAY and see what treasures and lost booty you could find ;)
but other than that, what i could do is give you guys a link to my old mans

I've always used avast as my active AV and MBAM as the one I run a full scan with if I suspect something.

And as a general rule I don't allow Java to run unless I'm on runescape's actual website. Private servers (especially new ones) are too risky.
