Follow this guide to setup RuneScape for botting

You need to download image and place it under: Simba/includes/SPS/img/

takes multiple paths to/from stiles.

did you download the image and put it in the correct folder?

Yeah, turns out it was actually a bad SPS install and not a script problem. I forced an update on it, and it seems to work now. I'll get back with a progress report once I give it a good run.

Edit: So it definitely runs, but it seems to click a fishing spot every couple seconds. Correct me if I'm wrong, but the wait time int[0] should be in msec, right? If so it seems to be ignoring the player's input wait time and checking for a new spot every 1-2 seconds. If two of the same spots are right next to each other, it looks very bot-like to have it constantly moving between the two. I looked at the waitWhileFishing procedure, but I've had a few to drink tonight and cba to figure out what could be happening there :p

Edit2: I also encountered another problem where, after the "You can't carry any more fish" message the script just starts randomly right-clicking different places and never starts the walk to noting procedure. That didn't start until it had already run a few loads, though.

Does it drop the fish, because in Karamja theres an NPC you can do to who will note your fish, though it is kind of far, and would limit the xp/hr some people might want the ability to do that, so they can cook it later/sell it.

dude, your script runs good for sometimes, but sometimes, it stops and sometimes it goes to stiles with empty inventory. It also stands there clicking randomly looking for something. The worst part is, it logs out on its own and do nothing. The script run perfectly for 30-40min before it goes haywire, just now it ran about 8min (written at the printprogress part there, and yes its 8min). I'm no expert at scripting, but what i feel that it sometimes skips processes. like when it goes to stiles, exchange, then go to dock, then go back to stiles (when empty) , then stand there clicking at the water, after very long, it goes back to dock to fish, sometimes it just stand there, doing nothing until it logs out.

Still no luck. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled Simba twice. It has to be with the Simba installer being corrupt. I had to go to the directory and get 1.0.3

This is the error I'm getting Exception in Script: Operator expected at line 45, column 212.
Am I missing something?

I have se same problem, I'm using parallels in a mac, this has something to do with the problem?

I figured out the issue. The file SPS/SPS-RS3 is in the includes/sps/lib folder. Copy it from the lib folder and paste it in the sps folder along side the lib folder. It helped for my script problems.

Mine just opens up smart and just sits there. I have input my username and password into the script. All my srl and sps files are up to date. So im not sure whats happening.

Some help here… I am using a mac and setup simba on it… it just says smart is not ready yet and terminates after 5 minutes… help please :D

It's working now… I'm running simba in a virtual machine and it seems to be working. thanks and sorry about the double post… new here :p

Keep getting the message:

I have yet to have the script actually go to or from Stiles without my own interaction.

Script runs fine.

But it clicks too much on the fishing spot, even while he is fishing he clicks again on the same spot.

thanks for the tip. The script uses this to "know" the fishing spot it is at, I have idea's for AI that would alleviate this but they're complex and i don't have the time to code them.

it should never click the same spot more than twice. if it does yoour fishing timer might not be high enough.

It is clicking wildly all over the place looking for fishing spots, even though it is fishing.

Can you add some boolean to know that once you are fishing it should not look for a new spot?

So I am having a major issue. Everytime I run this script, I get the error
Exception in Script: File "sps/sps-rs3.simba" not found at line 4, column 5
Now. I know I put it in the folder, but I always get this error.
Just to be clear, I put Karajma.png in both C:\Simba\Includes\SPS\img and C:\Simba\Includes\SPS\img\runescape_surface
I always get the same error. Someone please help

Could you possibly add DirectX support because runescape will not switch over to OpenGL. It would be much appreciated :)

Needs to be changed to "sps/lib/sps-rs3.simba.

Change to {$i sps/lib/sps-rs3.simba}

While fishing it looks for other spots and fishes them back and forth.
Talks to Stiles sometimes instead of making the exchange.

Great Script … Just need to change the {$i sps/sps-rs3.simba} to {$i sps/lib/sps-rs3.simba}
other than that … works perfectly for me on a free member at level 35 fishing

Not fully sure but i believe if you set line 30 higher (integers[0] := 18000;//min wait time for catching a new fish)

Your map is black. Relog from the lobby. The script is broken anyways.

I'd love to update this if people want to use it. I haven't tried it in a while so I'm not sure what the issue is…

I have been using both of your fishing scripts, and I have been getting long runs from the Karamja script 9+ hours with little to no problems; however, your fishing guild script doesnt work very well. If anything, you should work on that one.

Back when I used to script a bit I might have had a chance at figuring this out, but now I am afraid I'm mostly useless.

Thanks I had the above problem "Exception in Script: File "sps/sps-rs3.simba" not found at line 4, column 5" And that fixed it :-)

Edit: just noticed it gets stuck at the "would you like me to exchange your fish for banknotes" part.
Edit 2: The problem of getting stuck is a rare occurrence for me, it's when the bot accidentally clicks the "Talk to Stiles" option rather than the exchange one.

I get the same error message any time i try to use the script.

It walks to Stiles perfectly, and it walks back perfectly, just doesn't click a fishing spot at all, where as others say they got too many clicks, I get none at all.

yes, it clicks alot, but its still OK :) 30k xp/ph is good :) only what bothers me is will i get caught and banned, cuz of those many clicks which lead to constat changing fishing spots.
