var
be7in : String;
v1r : Integer;
en4 : Boolean;
begin
be7in := '';
v1r := 0;
en4 := False;
writeLn(be7in, v1r, en4);
end.

I might be way off on what your asking, but doesn't it highlight in yellow what isn't saved, and in green what is saved? Lol sorry if you were asking something completely different!

Edit: I think you may be talking about it bolding some of the variables, which in that case, I have no clue!

This is interesting…

So. it highlights/bolds such keywords, but when you substitute their number in the alphabet, they are still bold.

For example…
b579n
5 = e, 7 = g, 9 = i.

(does not work if the name starts with a number though)

String is also not bold in the second picture. Quite odd?

EDIT: My bad. Haven't used Simba in ages. Didn't realise it doesn't get bolded any more!

Hmmm, it's confusing begin, var and end with your variables, but I guess you already know that…

Any particular reason you chose to use those exact variables? Or did it happen by pure coincidence?
Just wondering…

It happens all the time when I code with my laptop. I try to write begin but sometimes miss the i and press 9 instead making it beg9n. Normally I fix it right away but because Simba makes it bold I sometimes miss it and don't notice it until I try to compile it.
The code provided in OP is just an example of the bug.

There are many ways to reproduce this bug; pick a bolded word and change some letters into numbers.
function funct9on(var v1r, en4 : String): String;
var
beg9n, i6 : Integer;
begin
if i6 = beg9n then
writeLn(v1r)
else
beg9n := i6;
writeLn(en4, beg9n);
end;

var
proc5dure := 'en4';
pro3edure := 'beg9n';

begin
writeLn(funct9on(proc5dure, pro3edure));
end.
Someone should make an obfuscator utilizing this "feature"; it'd look really confusing :p
