i have searched the forums but cant find the solution to this problem, i have reinstalled simba 3-4 times.

You would have to load up the extension manager and "check" the SRL include, and extensions. To do this click the following tabs, and options:
In simba:
|| View -> Extensions -> click extensions.sex -> check enable -> Close.
|| Click Extensions -> Check for Updates -> Wait of it to update -> Restart Simba.
|| View -> Extensions -> click srl.sex -> check enable -> click associate.sex -> check enable -> Close.
|| SRL -> Check for update -> Wait for it to update.
|| Script -> Interpreter -> Lape.

Edit: Your search phrase must have been really bad!! When I searched for "How to setup simba", i found a good tutorial @ third choice.

Why are you then asking how to setup SRL? It should be clear that SRL is for RS3.
You might find older versions of SRL (that is no longer in use) which _might_ work for that RSPS. But I doubt you will get much support here, and finding scripts that will work with that RSPS, and an older SRL version will probably be hard.

*sigh* PEOPLE STOP REINSTALLING EVERYTIME YOU GET AN ERROR. lol ok, just download the .zip from https://github.com/SRL/SRL-5 and extract to c:simba/includes and rename to SRL
