Jagex wants a gold sink, and a cheap way to improve corporate image and also retain players who want to support charitable causes.
I guess Jacmob intentionally doesnt max so that people wont suspect him of botting?

There are VERY few j mods with legit maxed accounts…most are mid level lol. Why is this surprising considering he was always coding? He never cared for the game itself

Yes its that Jacmob.
Gouraud was never reset, because he never botted on it.
Of course he may have had other accounts, as throwaways back then.
