SRL Archive - Banned from RS

So, I just got my first two bans ever. I've been goldfarming a little at college for some extra irl GP on the side. I'm using my own computer, no VPS or anything. I had 4 accounts: 1 main and 3 made just for botting. I was using the same script on all four, but only two got banned. All three bots had the exact same stats, down to about a few thousand XP difference between them. I've never been reported or anything.

This has given me a little bit of insight into Jagex's banning technique though. These bans were definitely manual bans. Additionally, the two accounts that I had banned were under 200 total and had slightly over 100M gp on them. The main had 2k+ total (not saying how much) and about 400M, not banned, and the other account had under 200 total but only ~50M on it. So, what I'm guessing is Jagex takes a look at low level accounts with insane amounts of wealth and applies bans that way.

EDIT: Ten hours of running the same script without breaks, no ban on the third account.
EDIT2: I'm 90% certain that Jagex bans based on wealth. The third account still hasn't been banned and hasn't taken a break at all, but there's only ~30m total on that account.

What activity were they doing? And were the two banned accounts banned at the exact same time?

They were all making (unf) pots via herblore, and they were banned within about half an hour of each other, maybe less.

Did you do unbalanced trades on the banned accounts? It makes sense they're going to go after accounts generating gp and handing it away to someone for nothing in return.

How do you know you never got reported? There's a way to tell?

Once- the only unbalanced trade was upon account creation, I gave each of them ~20m from my main for a bond + starting cash. I've traded between the accounts, but the imbalance has only been within ~500k. These accounts had never traded away gp, though. Also, I'm assuming they've never been reported because I bot in a secluded area and no one has talked to me.

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and assume you were doing this at the Pest Control bank, yes?

No, sir. I've been alternating between Clan Wars and the Grand Tree.

Not as far as I know.

No, I have seen randoms pop up at castle wars.

People don't need to talk to you in order to report you.
Botting in Clan Wars bank, Grand Tree bank, doesn't really keep you safe or increase your chances.
You could've had people trade you, throw a gnomeball at you, assist you, etc (Unless you actually babysat your script every single second, which I doubt because you should've realized and responded right away or hopped)

Im assuming OP is referring to this in RS3, the Gamer's Grotto, all random-free since its RS3

I actually was checking each bot every 30-45 minutes and nobody had talked to or traded me, and I had no gnomeballs.

Then a J-Mod must of done a sweep, and performed a manual ban. Gold Farming is something Jagex really hates, so it doesn't matter how undetectable your script may be (If there is enough will, anything can be done)

The same has happened to me. had 3 accounts running a bot 2 were banned, surprisingly they both had significantly more money then the other one.
