Hello,
I'm sorry, I know this is the wrong section to post this thread, and I'm sorry for having you moving the thread around.
I have a problem that is really getting on my nerves. Whenever I try to download the bot, the screen goes white and says "Forbidden 403".
I saw another thread with the same problem, with links to the download posted, but the same thing kept happening. So I ask you, is there any solution to this?
I just got banned with one of my accounts and wouldn't feel like getting banned once again. :P

Whenever I try to download Simba. The page turns blank! :(
Where are you trying to download Simba from? Could you give us the link?

You should only be trying to download Simba from Wizzup's site - nowhere else is guaranteed to be safe.
(This is the link from Wizzup's site)

Can you download from other websites?
Are downloads disabled for your user in internet options?

Haven't tried other websites as I haven't found other than suspicious ones. And no, they're not. :S

It seems most likely that you are in a place where you're using a web proxy (workplace, school, etc). Or maybe antivirus/netnanny type software.
We know the web server itself is not handing you a 403 response so some other device is in between.
You're trying to download an executable (exe) which is one of the most common things to be blocked.
