smartparams.simba problem

hey guys ive been having problems with smartparams.simba (im a newb)
this is the error i get whenever i try to run a script:
Exception in Script: Unknown declaration "SmartGetAvailablePID" at line 81, column 20 in file "C:\Simba\Includes\SRL-OSR\SRL\misc\SmartParams.Simba"

same problem here, I had a working version of simba and smart with os_srl but i set my comp back to factory a while back and went to redownload simba and ran slushpuppies easy srl restarted comp and got this error.
