I like to join a busy clan chat just before I start botting in 07 as it looks like you are a human player, has anyone else tried this as an anti ban method and what do you think of it?

I didn't try it, but I'm also not sure if they even track this when they suspect you are botting.
Also if they would check this, they would probably check if you have said anything.

In 07 botting for skills, with a stable pattern like a human, it's almost impossible to get banned. At least I'm botting 15 hours/day maxing my combat out. Been doing it for 4 weeks now, nothing yet. So who knows.

yes i agree with you. i try to make human flaws in my scripts like missclicks or click on examine instead of Cook-All. etc..
im now busy with a AIO miner and this is so far the most human script i ever have seen on villavu. i want to reach a point that it looks like a rid script :P

Err I tried it. Skiller's fc. He got sus on me and I got into a bad situation which I was lucky to escape from him reporting me.

yes he saw me testing my pc script once haha, i had no idea that he knows me. he was so pissed hahaha

IF jagex look at non-botting stuff on flagged accounts (such as questing, dunging, miniquests, acheivement, chilling/talking, merchanting) then it would help there?
I usually put my bots into one fc so I can check they are online without connecting to all my vps.

If you are botting your main for levels that would probably help a lot yea.
I've been botting my main for over 2 years now. Got around 350m total xp which was like 95% botted. And got almost my second 99 botten on 07scape now and like 4m xp from random skills (haven't done anything legit on 07 though).
Just keep a normal and steady schedule like:
Wake up (go to school or whatever), come back and play like a minigame for like half an hour, pk a bit or whatever do some random shit for like 2 hours, then start botting. Go chill with friends, watch a movie, play another game i dunno.

That doesn't have to be like that every day. Have been botting for like 2 weeks straight now, 14 hours/day (combat) then go to school and stuff and then turn it back on when i get back.
Simple and steady, also the fact that i'm botting combat so hard right now makes sense since GWD is coming out :D.

Anyway that's how I bot and how I've never been banned on important accounts. So I'd say gl :p

I really don't think this is necessarily as I personally never join chats and many others are the same.
