I have never played eoc but before eoc skeletons @ape atoll were pretty good, you just have to drink prayer renewal+pots

Ummm, as far as I know there isn't great AFK combat places anymore. At Least, there aren't any great afk places for melee, range and mage can be done at Abyss and Dagganoths respectively, dagganoths requires the use of a cannon, preferably a Royale cannon.
Melee on the other hand, you should probably just do slayer.

I've been afking at Hellhounds with Guthans for a while now. It's about 80k/h so it's not too bad.

Momentum with melee really hurts the xp per hour, I can't really think of any good spots tbh. 80k is probably the best your going to get.

Probably, but then again I did 138 combat with Pest Control post nuke with Simba LOL.
