Well a few months my main as well as two other accounts got banned. Main was max cape other two accounts were high xp accounts. I left for a short while after that and turned my life around for the better, with the thanks to @Benny, if he still visits here. Earlier this week I was admitted into the hospital and have been here for 5 days now. With all my involuntary free time I have had to time think about things and realized I haven't visited here in a while and thought maybe some of my friends were still here. So later today I should be coming back home with my right ankle broken in two places and my left foot broken in one, 11 staples in the back of my head, and a concussion. But none the less I'm happy to be back and am thinking about starting a new account since it will take 10-12 months for a full recovery. So are any of you guys still here? @Sjoe @Turpinator @The Killer @Ashaman88 @Soviet Union

Sorry to hear about your injury, Benny doesn't pop in anymore and left the skype group the other day (after not talking for ages. I think your like the only one left talking to him? on facebook? Was just talking to sjoe on skype about Benny and stuff).
The rest are still around, though soviet is more insecure than ever and doesn't speak in the group chat much, mainly just to me and sjoe. I bet hes shocked/honoured to be mentioned (giggle).
Nice to see you :) shame it had to be because of such a injury but come on skype when you can? :)

I've been keeping in touch with benny via fb and texting. He was being my not in person trainer to help me be less scrawny and get over my problems you know… and he's done great work I've improved tremendously. I was only two pullups away from my goal of 50, I got to 48. I can leg press 560 lbs, well not anymore but I could. I was being around 220-30. I look 100x different than I did in my skype picture and it's an amazing feeling. He's loving Duke if you were wondering and sure just start up the group message on skype i'll be there :)
