My name's Aaron, I'm 22 and from the United Kingdom. Currently working from home for an eCommerce business (www.markeedragon.com) selling game codes and carrying out fraud checks etc.

Hobbies include running, keeping fit and trying to keep my ever so demanding girlfriend happy! -.-

I don't have any scripts but I want to learn to write them desperatly…I've tried posting in various different subforums asking for advice but haven't recieved any due to the new SRL 6 include and all of the tutorials I have found thus far seem to be out of date unfortunately.

I am applying for Junior Member as I don't have a script…I'd love to be an SRL Member though, as soon as I can find out how to begin learning and get a script up to contribute.

The KEY to becoming SRL member (amongst other things) is a quality script.
I know right now with the new Simba 1.0 and SRL 6 things have changed A LOT, making many of the current tutorials a bit outdated so it's now hard to learn with limited materials.

Over time the seasoned people will learn and adjust to SRL6 and then create some tutorials and the knowledge and information will trickle down so once again everyone can learn.

In the mean time, you can get on the right foot but being a great community member.
Help users, help others, help scripters by using their scripts and giving them advice, etc.

Then once you are able to learn how to script, do that, and try applying again!

Its been so long since I last used these forums that I was under the impression that I had to apply for SRL Junior Membership status, I didn't notice that I already have it! :P

Hopefully I'll have the opportunity to learn something soon but for now I'll take YoHoJo's advice and try to become slightly more active on the forums.
