What if I want to keep the Current Java Version… is it possible?

HINT: Make sure you have the lastest java version, and try running simba as admin
Successfully executed.

I updated java and it worked perfectly but I have a problem with the latest java (with the website runescape) so i have to keep a certain java version so it works. How can I change it so I can do it without the latest version…
