The purpose of this thread is to discuss different methods of lucid dream induction,
post any interesting lucid dreams you've had and to discuss any spiritual implications.
For those of you that haven't heard of it before, its basically being aware while you're dreaming. So yeah, the possibilities are nearly endless and its amazing.
The two biggest researchers that have basically 'written the book' on lucid dreaming are Robert Waggoner and Stephen Laberge.
They have some very interesting books. Here's a really long interview of Waggoner if you're interested. www.youtube.com/watch?v=gf0g1YZa8co
