I am trying "SetProxy" function is SIMBA and I call it like this:

  SetProxy(SmartGetClients(false),'78.130.136.215','8080');   

and whetever I run this code I get this error:

Error: Exception: GetHTTPClient: Trying to acces an index(1) that is out of range at line 119

or whatever else I use:

clients:=SmartGetClientIDs;
SetProxy(clients[0],'78.130.136.215','8080');  

or

SetProxy(SmartClientID(clients[0]),'78.130.136.215','8080');

I'm pretty sure SetProxy only works for clients that simba creates (initializehttpclient etc).

You need HTTP client, which has nothing to do with Smart.

InitializeHTTPClient();
