Is It Still Possible To Bot On SRL6 WITHOUT SRL6?

I had a couple scripts that I used very regularly before the release of rs3, and really want to start using the scripts again. Is it possible to have the scripts manipulated to work with the new engine and interfaces, or will I need to wait until SRL6 is released?

You can… but there is a lot of stuff to edit and it's just best to wait till SRL6 IMO

Well, The scripts that I use are VERY basic and they actually only run in the lobby. based on clicking a variety of bitmaps. Would you still say it would require a lot of editing?

Confusing title. You should get it changed to "Is it possible to bot (RS3/any-game) without SRL-6" and the answer is yes. SRL-6 is simply an API which means that it is only there to assist you and make things easier.

Simply writing your own functions for tasks you need is the alternative. If it is just clicking around then yes you can do that. If it is detecting items in the inventory, yes you can do that but it is up to you how you do it.

SRL-6 of course makes it easier since it provides functions for such things but that doesn't mean you can't roll your own right?
After all, someone has to write SRL-6.

Great, that's exactly the response I was looking for. Thanks for your input.
