Got banned, how safe am I now?

For the first time since the game came out, ive been banned.

A friend of mine told me to check out powerbot, I opened it up to see what it was like and within seconds I was banned. Seems simply owning it is grounds for being banned.

I have botted this entire account using Simba scripts and will continue to do so. Powerbot can suck it.

Anyways, my account was slapped with a 2 day ban and now has a
Bot Busting Moderate (ban)
offence on it.

I am sitting on max green ban status, so currently 'Safe'. And it says if I am caught again for botting, itl be a perm ban.

My question is, does this make my account dangerous to bot on now?
Will they watching me more closely than everyone else? Or am I safe still assuming I use a decent bot/script.
Is there a certain amount of time I should wait before botting again?

I got a 24 hour ban and decided to bot after 2-3 weeks of no activity. I got the permanent ban after. If you like your account, dont bot right now cause bans are HIGH…Dont say we didnt warn you.

Change your IP when you're gonna start botting again. (current one might be flagged)
Take some precautions, bot less.

and the golden rule: don't use powerbot:duh:

Jagex seem to be detecting injection based bots.

Simba is safe though :) Been botting on it for 2 weeks on some chars for like 16 hours a day.

EDIT: your friend is cruel :p He probably knew about the current state of powerbot.

PB is client detected, has been for over a month? Simply loggin in = instant ban.

Longest someone has gone non-banned using it in like last 3 weeks was 50hrs Lol.

Aka, your friend is a douche. ANyone who has touched PB in 2 months knows its ban city

Whatever responses you'll get will just be out of opinions and theories, but we do have a pretty good understand to make logic decisions for things like this. Based on what I've heard, especially this year, chain bans are common and it seems to me that your IP itself will be flagged when one single account is banned. For sure if I were in your position I'd tread carefully on any accounts I play on after one has been banned. Obviously stick with Simba and even then, keep an even closer eye on your scripts while the run. While the scripts themselves might actually be very much human-like, the possibility of an in-game on-the-spot ban is very likely.

I'd also suggest doing a variety of activities on whatever account you're botting on. Using me as an example my OSRS account is nearly 100% based on Simba scripts, and I wrote very primitive scripts and was botting since day 1 of OSRS. 55 million XP later and I've not had any problems, simply because 1) I only use Simba, and 2) I write scripts for a variety of tasks.

Overall I'd say the best tool we can use to dodge bans in either Runescape is our logic; if you had control of Runescape and you wanted to make methods to detect botters, what would you use? IP-checking? # of raw materials on a single account? How often do they talk/trade? How many areas (in-game) per day does the account visit?

Maybe ill move my bank to another account just to be safe.

To avoid IP banning ,since I am boting 4 accounts (main and 3 gp mules) I was thinking about using proxy firewall ? Or 4 different vm wih proxy. Anyone running bots like this?

You can run a proxy on Simba.

Well I only bot on my main. So changing IPs are useless for me. Looks like best I can do is just play legit for a few months or so and then go back to Simba scripts.

Well, I could not figure it out how to use them with SMART.
So only possibility is to run each bot in VM and configure VM machine to use proxy or configure java in VM to use proxy..

Anyone has better idea?
