So when it comes to colour picking for scripts when you have unavoidable similar colours nearby does it effect the script efficiency searching for a rare color that matches all the loot or just using multiple colour checks in a looting sequence.

I'd say to try using ACA. YoHoJo has a tutorial vid on it, go check it out if you haven't already. :)
You might have to change the script to use CTS 2 though, but it's simple enough, and you can check other scripts that use it and basically copy and paste.

I am currently using CTS2 and ACA
