The Y coordinate of the mouse, shown on the bottom-left corner of the SIMBA window, is always showing it with a difference of +20. So, if it says my mouse is at (100, 20); I would have to make it MMouse(100, 0, 1, 1); So it would move on the spot the mouse was… How can I fix that, instead of decreasing all my Y coordinates in 20, like I have been doing?

If you're using it for Rs3, it was made that way for rs2 due to the old Navagation bar at the top of the screen, it messed up the Cords, so they coded in an offset for it.
Go to Srl>srl>Globals.simba
At the top there is the thing called Navabar offset or something, change them from 50 and 20 to all 0's
Should fix your problem.
If you're using it for Oldschool rs then i have no idea why it is off :s I dont use the OSRS source
