Is it cool to post a script here if I copied some of the procedures out of other peoples scripts? I did a lot of the work my self I just copied a procedure that randomly takes breaks and antiban stuff.

Ask them if you can use it in your script, and if they say yes then credit them. They'll probably say yes :)

Yeah, if you use something, just make sure it's ok with the original scripter. If you accidentally forget once in a while I'm sure nobody would mind because SRL is an open source community. Just make sure you don't copy everything from a script and just change a title- but I'm sure you know that already from your monumentally named script.
