I know injection/reflection based bots seem to be banned instantly but how are color bots going?

Still bad, not as bad but just don't bot atm.

I'm all clear from bans :) bot 16 hours a day

From what I've heard, Jagex seems to be cracking down on external clients. Some people on Powerbot say they're getting banned for logging in through RSBot. A color-based script through the web client is and will always be the safest way to auto :P

Yet we use our own client… S.M.A.R.T
I personally think pb messed up their new client, making it detectable but just hate to admit it.

Oh I know SMART has so far been undetectable, I was just commenting that the Java bot clients (most namely RSBot) are getting a lot of unwanted Jagex attention lately. And I definitely agree the PB staff won't exactly be quick to admit to a fault in their program, even if they know it exists. Didn't mean to knock SMART or anything.

I understand :) and our botting activitys haven't been 100% undected be it smart or simba related is unknown. With a well written script, a non-manual (automatic) ban would probably come from the user using smart rather than the mouse movements etc. However I don't believe using smart really makes a difference right now. :)

To avoid bans I'm not using bots fully. I make it more of a "helper" like it clicks things for me, but it's me who have to move my character and the camera… And, yeah, I'm using the script directly on rs client; No SIMBA.

imo banning bots will just reduce the population of RS to like idk exactly but like 1 million players if right now we were to have 5m players. Bots are part of the economy and stabilizing resources

Well , for people using custom bots for goldfarming they must be really happy if they're not getting banned.
All those bans make gold worth so mutch.
First it was 0.28$ when selling, now it's 0.40$ when selling.
