I'm currently using the computer at school. Hope I don't get caught! The teacher is sitting 3 computers away from me. Discuss.

Lol, I'm always getting caught on crap at school. Ha, they ban peoples internet access by changing IEs proxy server setting to some random ip. The retarded thing is they don't do anything about firefox.

I mostly spend my I.T lessons working my way through the schools security flaws, quite amusing.

Yea, I'm always on at school (except in the media center) and no one really care because when they ask me what I'm doing I just look at them and say learning about how to become the next Bill Gates, or something like that.

You just used a proxy or something? In my school they don't ban anyones internet access :) And I know like 3 teachers accounts passwords :p Unless they've changed them :) So I can just use them for viewing something worth getting banned for.

Okay, well now that this topic is getting into teacher/admin stupidity, the admin password for any one of the 3 servers in the district of my school is superpw

Actually i know the admin, he's a good guy and he goes to a local computer cafe that I work at. He builds PC's there and everything, we kinda gave him a corner to set up tables and lint free cloths to work on School PC's and PC orders that we(the cafe) get.

Lol! That's halarious. At my school (my old one now…) I put a keylogger on the librarians computer, so I was always finding out random passwords and shit. And theres this "NetSupport Tutor" Thing, where you can get on other people's computers from yours, but their idiots so they didn't block it. It basically finds all the computers in your LAN (about 40) and then you can open their computer screen in a window (Kind of like internet explorer). So one time i got on the librarians cp when she was working on a powerpoint, and I hit Ctrl+A and deleted everything then shut her computer off, LOL! Then I walked out of the library to see her jumping around in circles freaking out, hahahah :stirthepot: :spot: . It's also fun to screw with other students' computers when theyre trying to work or take these "AR Tests" (Tests on books for a grade). You can choose the wrong answers for them and fuck them up! LOL!

Lordsaturn, what school are you in(elementary, middle, or high) I remember when i was back doing a TA for an elementary teacher they had those.

ROFL I wish my school had that. Owell I can still use the old command prompt remote shut down :p….I like going in seeing who's doing something important liek a large project then I just take the back corner computer and when the "Your computer will shut down in 10 seconds message" they start freaking out lol.

I wish asdf was here, I remember him posting a great thread on how to manipulate the school computer to become admin. My school uses a Norton Blocker but I just use the Torrify Proxy on my Flash Drive, Install FF and start browsing the net, play games etc. One guy in front of me actually brought in a copy of WoW, installed it over the period of the class and played it the next class and onwards :p

what proxy my school blocked all sites could u post a link of a proxy that can play runescape ?

can ppl post how to do all this cool stuff… it sounds so fun…and the comps at my school delete anything not saved to the g drive when they are shutdown so i cant download stuff, does any1 know how to get around that?

The computers at my school are very badly protected. They only block a few crappy sites using a ISA server, too bad it is necessary for the internet access, there are no other proxys I can use.
Anyways, I managed to get two out of the five admin passwords, the local admin and the admin of another domain.
We also have an internal mail system that is as crappy as hell. I created a script that automatically opens www.happybunny.tk (now offline, but I have a backup :p) whenever you wanted to access your mail. And the best thing is that that mail system is also used to distribute excersises :D Funny to see ten pc's with a "bunny" on it's screen. My teachers didn't like it, but they didn't knew how to remove it so they couldn't punnish me :f:
The system admins here are so stupid that I can't believe they know the difference between a mouse and a keyboard.
Another great thing of school here, I can auto! I had once five pc's running Wizzups essminer at the same time, was really funny to see. Then the librarian came and said: "You are not allowed to play games". My response: "Can't you look? I don't play that game, the computer does!", then he walked away.

Also we have an internet page blocker called St. Bernard… Look that one up… It is all gay nothing can be done without the passwords, my friends have done everything, even went to the extent of getting an illegal backdoor computer recover system disk from microsoft.

runescape got banned in our school coz somone ditched class to play it in the libar all day……….he has a life now.

I would do stuff like that at my school except if you get caught you are kicked out of the class, get an F, and can not have any computer class for the rest of the year.

That is sad that you are so involved with runescape that you have to ditch class to play it.

Also today i had a project to do in the library, so I wrote down the librarian comp IP address when she went to the bathroom.
The whole hour i was remote shutting down her computer and she was like WTF

But my computer at home is sweet! Quad core prosessor, Vista ultimate, 3 gigs of ram.

My mom thinks her computer has a virus that makes the mouse move around alot whern she is watching. hehe.

If you try to open any normal account (student) it will give you access denied error, but we tried our school's admin account and we go it, he didnt have URL protect on his cookies, silly silly, so we found out the ip for the admin loging for our sonic wall, he set so student and admin loging were diff ip's. And then we easily cracked their stupid password.

lol… easy way around blocks? get a flash drive and install firefox (or another web browser) on it and then plug it in and run it off the flash drive. When it opens it will ask to import prefs. from Internet Explorer and you say no and there you go. no more blocks and they can't check the history. Dumb admins :P. Lol actually our admins have a lot of things blocked but they aren't the best with computers… just decent.

you can install pretty much anything on flash drives and do this. i do it all the time. Firefox and SCAR + SRL lol. They can watch our screens too but they never do. Also while taking standardized tests (if you guys do those on school comps) minimize it and open Google or something like that :) just dont get caught. lol.

Ha. That's genius. I never thought of using a flash drive :duh:

My school's security requires actual hacking to even get through. Nothing is locally stored, so you'd have to hack the server (windows, no back doors) to do anything. Although you can run Firefox, which is basically all I care about.

Lol they completely revamped our system over the summer. I think it has mostly to do what some of my friends did.

1. Wireless signal is now 64Bit encrytped
2. Security cameras sent recording on hard drives in the back cave (Tech closet) On 30min rewrite :p silly people. Just do something like at X:20 or X:50 and bam footage is gone by the time your figured out.
3. System is keylogged
4. Server is now in a padlocked steel cage… *cough*
5. CMD is now restricted access to regular users.

But lucky for me I'm in infotech so we need access to inside the server and command prompt :)

lol it wont let me use my flash drive. Mine needs a driver installed on the system thats and auto install when you plug it in and its asked for admin login and password. I tried mine but I guess it wont accept tech accounts as admins :(

I'm at school, with firefox on a flash drive and it still blocks websites, it may be because firefox is so common. I'll try the swiftswitch browser tomorrow and get back on the results.

The start menu on our school computer is blocked, it just shows the option to shutdown , logoff, etc.

Our teacher gave us 20 mins to do whatever we wanted, so I figured out how to open the command prompt through CTRL + ALT + DELETE and task manager

then I googled how to send messages to everyone in the domain.

Lmao, at school EVERYTHING we do is monitored. And the teachers have this program that lets them control our computer from their computer, and they can see what we're doing all the time…:eek:

Thing is since they can track everything you do you can't get away with anything. In our school the teacher almost suspended someone for accidently printing too much copies.

Ok, Our computers are hard restricted… first off, nothing is stored localy… its on a hd on the network. I tryed to get into cmd… i tryed to make a shortcut to it, but i cant right click on the desktop, or edit anyother shotcuts. tryed Ctrl alt del but cant get taskman on… Internet is real easy to bypass, just use google catch… I want to get into cmd!! how!

Do ctrl + shift + escape. It *may* work for taskmananger.
