Just a few more edits and my rimmington miner is done. It works really well and i actually already got a nice proggy from it .. i lost it though :D but it was 10 hours long. Anyway, should i make it SRL members only or Free For All ?

free for all = more feedback but also many annoying questions;) and less quality feedback…

pfew, though one. In principle it is entirely your own decision. We have never really tackled the Public Banker-Script-Issue 100%. Maybe placing it public for a period of time would be an option….

Placing it in public means it will just be downloaded quickly, and saved for later use.

It's is your devision, however, if you give it to the public, I will probably move my VEM, too.

I know it is, but i couldnt make up my mind :) I would like all the feedback i can get, but on the other hand i dont want it being leeched too badly … on the other hand i want to beat wizzups essminer :)

Like placing the first version on the free boards? This is definately an option i haven't thought of yet… might be the best of both worlds.

I dont know why but I'd suggest free for the first vers.
Then to members only if you feel like you need some creative critic or what is it called. In the free section the most comments are like ty and tyvm or nice.

I'd love u if it was members only and I was gay……….so then people might actually use mine when I release it :duh:

you would get alot more feedback if it was for members i suppose.

BUT, u could have it members only for 2-4 months or so, and then make it for free people when you have got all the feedback, reports ect you need.

That sounds like the best solution for me and i think im going for that … just have to add SRL-Stats and fix 2 annoying buggies and then some testing and THEN its release time to SRL members :)

yea.. if you get it fixed up in member… then they will be less annoying questions in free scripts =p

Definitely members only I think. I thought that all good bankers were supposed to go in members section anyways? And the free section already has two good scripts to get their mouths watering and wanting more.(Wizzups? ess miner and Penti's miner). So hopefully just those two scripts will motivate them to contribute and be an SRL member.

And not to mention all the good non banking scripts like your powerminer and the Goblin Schredduler, just to name a few.

For now ill only release it in members, as i said above, i might release it for non members after a while too…
