Yeah dude it took me an hour or longer to find the action bar when RS3 first came out. The ability bar should definitely not be minimized for new accounts.

Only reason I'll ever play again is to make scripts.

I hate how the menu's can be made bigger/smaller but you couldn't really tell that they were unless someone told you. I hate how I can only stretch my minimap horizontal not vertically unless I'm doing something wrong..(probably)

You'll get used to it though.

I'm still not overly sure of how to find everything. Like XP counters… tried to set one up but they seem to have disappeared.
So now I just use a function to change the layout back to Old School.

You can also stretch it vertically, make sure there are no interfaces in the way.

I didnt know for some time that you can adjust the mini map to be made bigger until my cursor happened to drift on the corner.

If you can find the optimum interface setup for you, it is really better than before. I also use a bigger screen, 1300x700 or so. Increasing screen size really improves the quality of user experience, you guys should give it a try.

Only took couple days to update it for RS3.

Why do you guys even try to play this crap, there are so many games out there.. Many games far superior/better than RS3 will ever be. This is a cheap rip off of WoW and not even a good one.

I quite like the NIS, it would've worked extremely well if it was released in 2011 though.

Same dimensions as a maximized screen in my 15inch monitor. My laptop only has 720p cuz I couldn't bother buying 1080p screen for $100 more

Not for laptops. 1366x768 is a very common screen size for 15" and lower laptops.

Yohojo is a mod… but his intellect is beyond amazing xD

Did you purposely minimize the ability bar to be a troll? The concept is simple and most MMO's use it.

Guess i am critical of that game because there is not a single PVP clan that plays RS3, we all play 07scape.

No, that was a fresh account, the game starts you out like that.
For someone who's used to Pre-EoC RS seeing all of those extra menus and buttons and clutter is overwhelming and it actually took me a really long time to figure out how to uniminimize the action bar, and I don't play another other MMO's.

It would help a lot if either 1) the bar was unminimized by default or 2) if they directly told me to unminimize it and made the button glow or something like t hat.

Well yeah, PvP is for 07scape/botScape, but PvM, skilling, and having fun in general is RS3.

You can bot for fun, to gather resources, level up, and to say you can write scripts and bot. Plus it's on the naughty side.
