I teamviewd him and dragged the green arrow to the client, and the top left corner was returning 260, 260 -.- (which was the actual spot on this whole computer screen)

Does not make any sense? :S

If the client is at 260, 260 on his entire screen then of course the top left is 260, 260 and not 0, 0.

@OP, explain what you mean by it isn't targeting anything. How do you know this? If it is able to find a colour or grab a bitmap of your screen, then it is targeted. If you get black bitmaps, then I guess you'd be right but you might just be targeting something that has two DC's (Device contexts).

So, how do you know it is not targeting anything?

Brandon asked how you know it's not targeting anything, and he could possibly help you fix it if you told him.

I mean I drag the arrow to the client and use the color picker and it still thinks his whole screen is the "client"
