Actually, he can still wear the cape. People will still be able to wear comp/max cape for the first month of Divination being out. Gratz :)

Not true, comp and max cape is only wearable at 99/120… You should know that :P

Once you have HLF access, you don't lose it, the capes can't be worn except through a glitch with the keepsakes (which I don't know how to do).

Glitch with keepsakes? I feel as if you were to keepsake it, it should stay always. unless jagex would take the time to go through keepsakes and remove them.

I cant even choose to wear my keepsake, so they do, this happened a few weeks ago too when RS3 first came out and musics were glitched, I couldnt wear my cosmetic or my actual comp cape.
Got 55+ Divination today, legitting, and that's some painfully slow stuff.
