SRL Archive - OSR Help

hey guys, not sure where this falls under for threads so im going to post it here since i know its more actively viewed. (feel free to move)

today i logged in to my rs account to find it cleaned in both osr and rs3, no one knows my password and ive been very inactive on my computer the last couple months so im assuming i have a hidden keylogger or possibly ratted. i just have microsoft security essentials for antivirus and its not picking anything up, does anyone know a free antivirus or any tricks for me to clean my pc before logging back on?

my internet on my laptop oddly cuts out every so often, hasnt done it before, idk if its part of the problem

the culprit tried activating the jagguardian thinger so i was emailed his i.p from the U.K (im from the U.S lol): 92.23.169.175
found this after googling his i.p address http://myip.ms/info/whois/92.23.169.175. if anyone else knows how to find out info from the i.p address that would awesome cause i would love to make some fake craigslist adds for his email/phone haha

You could try emailing Jagex? If they're maintaining adequate IP logs this might be an easy thing to fix.

If you had JAG setup this would make things easier, although I'm assuming not. Your account may have been sold to someone else.

Cleaning Windows installs are not my expertise, but the general rule seems to be wipe it and start over (at least when I used XP). You could download linux, then retrieve your files through that and put them on a jump drive.

i was able to change my password, i had a registered email. the guys had my account for atleast a month lol he cleaned all the valuables and organized all the junk in both my banks, bought somethings for skills and had a couple days left of having his own bankpin ha. how do u wipe it? only thing i know about linux is advanced programmers love it.

does jagex reveal your credit card information on ur account? it doesnt look like it but i would like to know. where do i email them?

All credit card information you use to pay for membership is kept private and never realeased to noone or showed.
