Hi, I would like to say that I am a noob to these forums, and have no idea what kind of etiquitte is expected here. (fresh from pb, sorry about that)

A while back i wanted to get into simba scripting, but lost interest. I know a very basic amount of it, not nearly enough to write my own script!
Could a herblore/smithing script pop up soon? That would be awesome! Looking for a smelting script at Edgeville, or a generic potion-making script at soulwars, etc.

Hi, welcome to Villavu! :)
I have a Lumbridge smelter that supports everything up to mithril atm but I can add rune and addy support in a few minutes (just need the DTMs). I was going to wait until SRL6 to release it though because right now to use the script you need to make a few edits to SRL5 which is tricky for some people.

Yeah you will most likely have to wait for srl 6 as its a pain to release now.

Yes, I'm talking about RS3 as well, I've not yet released the Lumbridge smelter. As Ashaman mentioned it's a bit of a bother to release scripts that use SRL5 because it requires the user to modify their include files. It's not very difficult to do, but it's not very convenient. As soon as SRL6 is released I will make it public though :)
