I'm so high right now, I got no idea what you're saying.
Open Simba by going to All Programs > Simba > Simba.exe. Or C:\Simba\Simba.exe. Once you have opened Simba, Click File > Open and then go to wherever you downloaded the script to. Double click the script, and it will open. Now you can run it with the green play button.

If the scripts are designed to use SMART, SMART will pop up automatically after you press run. Which script are you trying to use?
