Yeah it's a great series… but to be honest the 4th season is kinda lame.

The first two seasons are amazing. If you like the first two and want more, watch the third. But tbh the 4th is just bad.

season 1: in prison for the entire season, during the last episode the escape happens
season 2: on the run for the entire season, during the last episode the main character gets thrown into a mexican prison
season 3: in mexican prison for entire season, during last episode the main character escapes from the mexican prison
season4: dumb

Its a fantastic series. Watched every episode when they were on TV.

The rest was pretty good, honestly the last season kinda pissed me off.

I currently am on episode 13 of season 1. The only complaint is how stupid they make the women. They always are doing something they shouldn't be doing or making terrible decisions.

I loved that show, highly recommend watching it.

Season 1 - was flawless, so much drama and it felt real: from prison riots to the real life struggle - your brother on death row and you built the prison, time to free him.. All the way to a child watching his family being torn apart and later on murdered in cold blood… To the tiny bit of a love story between a doctor and a prisoner.. And to the overall grand scheme "The Company", the mysterious evil. Its so well thought, there is so much going on and extreme great character development.

Season 2 expanded on season 1, was even better. Same points as above.

Season 3 was alright, not too fancy: worth watching though.

Season 4 wasn't any good, i gave up mid way and then went on to watch the finale.. And it annoyed me; Mahone and Scofield hug? Mahone killed Scofield's dad.. Come on.. Season 4 had no consistency what so ever, it neglected on all the dramatic aspects that made season 1-2 great.. It was lame and dull. + bringing Kellerman back was a stupid plot device as well, he tortured Sara before so why the sudden change of heart.. Lame. It sucked, not worth watching Season 4. (i watched the first two episodes and the last one only, so i missed out on Bellick 'sacrificing' him self and all that crap, wont be watching it ever).

I don't know why people are hatein on the fourth season so badly for they were all pretty unrealistic as far as escaping prisons is concerned lol. I happen to love this show though, every episode has a lot of thinking action. The season endings to all except 1 are meeehhh tho.

Seasons 1 and 2 were pretty good. After those seasons it went downhill IMO, and I watched the rest just to see the ending.

Kind of like Lost, great for two seasons then all downhill.
