I've been able to put together an AutoUpdating Procedure by looking at other scripts but im not sure how to setup the Pastebin or GoogleCode for the script to retrieve from. Like how does it know to look at the pages text where the informations at once it gets the page? Any help? *Since ive done it in pastebin already it would be nice to keep it that way :P

Otherwise you would need to use the Simba function 'Between' or parse filenames out of the webpage into an array and then retrieve those individually.
