Just have a question about gathering rewards that I'm not sure about…
Do shards(the weapon override bits) disappear when you switch sides?


Does anyone have an extra mem account that they're not aiming for rewards for? If possible, could you help me test out the above please and tell me how it goes. Would be appreciated. Thanks!

Why would the account have to have membership?

Shards do not disappear when you switch sides. You can bank them and use them when you have enough. The cosmetic drops will be different, the zammy being black and red and the sammy being gold. If you buy any of the hybrid armor from the quartermaster and switch sides, you will still retain the armor. The only thing that you loose is any of the respect (or whatever they are calling it) that you have managed to gain through depositing tears. This means your token will be taken away, and you will need to start rebuilding that again.

According to the destroy text: "You can reclaim this armour from the quartermaster, for a fee." My guess is that this will be a long playing event.
