TK has some money to play with:
Got two things to consider:

• Bans. They don't look like they are going to disappear for a few weeks
• New skills

Ok, so any Ideas? so far I'm thinking, but I may be wrong.

Clay. Put in an offer for as much clay as you can and wait till it dips down to 145, then sell for 200. I have done this twice but it takes a while

So are you looking to flip or long term investments? All of those items would work for flipping I think although they are probably quite stable in price.

Probably looking at overnight flips and long term investments. The items in OP are for long term, I would look at more expensive items for short (30min) flips.

Good luck, I'm interested to see how this will turn out. Also if you have the startup gp, runite or has been good for short term flips for me in the past.
