Earlier today I noticed that I was awarded the 'Promising Newcomer' icon/cup, which is surprising to me as I have yet to release any of my advanced scripts. Anyway, I decided to release my private yew chopper which will hopefully prove that this cup was indeed deserved. This script cuts the two yew trees at Edgeville and banks them.

Directions:
- Run the installer to install EdgeYews along with the custom SPS map used for banking.
- Fill out DeclarePlayers, paying particular attention to the nickname. If the nickname isn't correct the script will fail all talking randoms. Your nickname is Case-Sensitive, and can be tested by typing your name as it appears near the chatbox. (While the script is running) If the script hovers over your in-game text, your nickname is correct.
- Place your woodcutting axe in inventory spot #28 . (Last inventory slot).
- Position your character near one of the two yew trees.

Requirements:
- Simba
- SMART 8
- SRL-OSR
- SPS-OSR
- 60+ Woodcutting

Features:
- Includes timers to alternate between the two trees.
- Ent detection
- etc.

Lazy, will finish the post later. Please post any comments/questions/concerns below and I will try to get to them as soon as possible.

Looking at your script, pretty sure I've reported about 50 kids for it and seen them successfully banned. That or they never came back to my world again after a week or two.

Overall great looking script, just a few things I'd tweak (like changing camera angle to look for both trees at once instead of moving).

That's unlikely as up until now this was a private script, never given out to a single person.

I've achieved 60-75 with this on about 7 accounts without a single ban. My mage chopper was used on 7 accounts to 92+ woodcutting without a ban also.

It is also a good idea to have extra rune axes visible in your bank. Just in case it loses /damages an axe it will attempt to withdraw another. This script has ent detection but you can never plan for everything.

How does one pass the randoms?

Why?

Why script and ban fellow scripters? Dumb scripting should be punished… by you? A community member?

Kinda lame if you ask me, hiding beyond your keyboard grassing up kids for doing something you do too. Nice.

I'm not sure what his criteria is for reporting bots, but I report painfully obvious ones as I think everyone should. Allowing subpar scripts to become a norm just reinforces mediocre programming.
