Why do they deserve this cup or promotion?
He has written a total of 13 tutorials, some are on the shorter side but most of them are definately helpful in a way.
List of guides: http://villavu.com/forum/showthread.php?t=103136
A "Grain of salt" user from my personal observations: however he makes the effort to create the tutorials and can indeed be helpful.

So Sure :>
