I believe there's and oldschool preset layout you can choose

I set it to Old School preset, then moved and re-sized everything so that it looks like it does in the picture. Then I set it to "Preset 1" so that when I log out it's quick to change back.
Size is 800x600.
Also by changing MMX1, MMY1, MMX2, MMY2, MMCX, and MMCY I got SPS working :)
