At what lvl can i find/join a clan?

well at 80 just solo. when i do dunging for other people under 80, I solo cause its hard to get on teams since no1 like to dung with noobs. In fact i just did dunging today and was trying to get to do a floor but they were like too low. ppl like 90+ dung, i think.
